Kellie has been actively involved in the education and welfare of children, young people and adults for over 20 years. Her belief is that with support and guidance everyone is able to recognise their potential, embrace their individual talents and abilities and achieve their hopes and dreams.
Kellie has completed Master's degrees in both Disability and Trauma and is a certified Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) and Neurosequential Model in Education (NME) clinician.

Smarty is one of the proud partners of The Courageous Dinosaur & Me and our dedicated AUSLAN Interpreter. As a native AUSLAN user, AUSLAN is Smarty's first language, allowing her to provide authentic, culturally informed communication and support for Deaf and hard of hearing participants and their families. She is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels heard, understood, and empowered to participate with confidence.

Ryan is a Support Worker who works with both children and adult participants. He brings a calm, supportive approach and focuses on building genuine, respectful relationships. With a background in business, Ryan offers strong organisational skills and clear communication in his support work. He is passionate about supporting individuals to build confidence, independence, and reach their personal goals.

Sarah is a proud Goreng Goreng woman with nine years’ experience working in education. She brings a caring, grounded approach to her work and values strong, respectful relationships. Sarah is passionate about supporting individuals to learn, grow, and feel confident in themselves. She is committed to creating safe, supportive environments where people feel seen and encouraged.

Sam is currently studying her Bachelor of Nursing and brings a compassionate, patient, and supportive approach to her work. She is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to creating positive, respectful relationships with the people she supports. Sam values providing a safe and encouraging environment where individuals feel heard, empowered, and confident to reach their goals while promoting their health, wellbeing, and independence.

Victoria is a dedicated support worker who is passionate about helping individuals build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections. She brings a kind, patient, and encouraging approach to her work, always striving to create a safe and welcoming environment where people feel respected and supported. Victoria enjoys empowering those she works with to achieve their goals while celebrating their unique strengths and abilities.

Phillip is currently studying his Bachelor of Primary Education and is passionate about supporting children to learn, grow, and build confidence. He brings a patient and encouraging approach to his work, creating a positive environment where individuals feel supported, respected, and empowered.
