At the Courageous Dinosaur & Me we aim to provide a service which meets your individual needs and is guided by you. Our services are based on disability and trauma specific best practice. We look forward to working alongside you, your family and support network to achieve your goals.

Kellie - Positive Support Practitioner (Partner)
Kellie has been actively involved in the education and welfare of children, young people and adults for over 20 years. Her belief is that with support and guidance everyone is able to recognise their potential, embrace their individual talents and abilities and achieve their hopes and dreams.
Kellie has completed Master's degrees in both Disability and Trauma and is a certified Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) and Neurosequential Model in Education (NME) clinician.
Ryan - Support Worker
Ryan is a Support Worker who works with both children and adult participants. He brings a calm, supportive approach and focuses on building genuine, respectful relationships. With a background in business, Ryan offers strong organisational skills and clear communication in his support work. He is passionate about supporting individuals to build confidence, independence, and reach their personal goals.
Nifty - Support Worker
Nifty is a Support Worker who works with adult participants and is new to the support work field. He brings an upbeat energy to his work, helping participants feel comfortable and supported. Nifty works part time and is passionate about building positive connections through genuine engagement. He enjoys supporting individuals to feel confident, included, and valued in their everyday lives.
Marcalee - Support Co-Ordinator
Marcalee is a proud Goreng Goreng woman and a Support Coordinator with 15 years’ experience across the education and disability sectors. She brings a calm, grounded presence to her work and supports participants with care. Marcalee focuses on building strong, trusting relationships with participants and their supports. She is passionate about creating clear, coordinated plans that help individuals feel supported and confident in their journey.
Wesley - Support Worker
Wesley is a young Support Worker who works with both children and adult participants. He is a proud Kamilaroi man who brings an eager, positive attitude to his work. Wesley is always open to learning and growing, and values building respectful, supportive connections. He is passionate about developing his skills while supporting participants to feel confident, safe, and supported.
Sarah-Jayde - Support Worker
Sarah is a proud Goreng Goreng woman with nine years’ experience working in education. She brings a caring, grounded approach to her work and values strong, respectful relationships. Sarah is passionate about supporting individuals to learn, grow, and feel confident in themselves. She is committed to creating safe, supportive environments where people feel seen and encouraged.
