Kellie has been actively involved in the education and welfare of children, young people and adults for over 20 years. Her belief is that with support and guidance everyone is able to recognise their potential, embrace their individual talents and abilities and achieve their hopes and dreams.
Kellie has completed Master's degrees in both Disability and Trauma and is a certified Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) and Neurosequential Model in Education (NME) clinician.
Smarty is a CODA (Child of Deaf Adults) with two Deaf parents and has been interpreting for 19 years within the Deaf community and for people with disability. She also teaches Auslan classes for both children and adults. Smarty is a strong advocate for the deaf community and is passionate about the language and culture she is a part of.
Liz is a proud Jiman woman with a double degree in Arts (Australian History and Laws). She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, as well as cultural knowledge to the Courageous Dino & Me. Liz believes every person should be given every opportunity to grow, learn and live in safe and stable environments. Liz is passionate about our future leaders being given the tools they need to live long and healthy lives.
Justin has years of experience in the support industry including working with the child safety and disability sector. Justin's passion is football and he captains the North Chargers Agrade Team. On the weekends he loves to hang out with his family and friends. He is also a proud Aboriginal (Mayi Yapi), South Sea (Tanna Island) and Torres Strait Island (Saibai & Moa Island) man and uses his cultural knowledge to engage with all children and community members.
Joel has been working with kids for over 5 years now in both support work and the education environment. Joel prides himself on coming from a relatable place with his clients, which helps him to connect with them. He is a child at heart who loves video games, the footy and a good laugh! He believes that all people should be given the support and opportunity to thrive throughout their life.
Tiani has spent the last 10 years working in the education and support industry and has a Certificate III in Individual Support. When she’s not at work, she’s spending time with her daughter or buried in a book. You’ll find her manning the front desk or coordinating your supports. Tiani is passionate about ensuring every child is given an equal opportunity to
unlock their full potential and flourish.
Minnie is a highly experienced professional with nine years of tenure in education and four years in the support sector. Minnie exudes a welcoming and approachable demeanour, fostering a comfortable atmosphere for all. Her friendly nature compliments her dedication to excellence, making her a trusted advocate for those she serves.
